Outsource systems & solutions (Pvt) limited is one of fastest growing & professionally managed, promising BPO, which has representations in UK, USA & Canada. We have plans to build our own state of the art call center on a vast piece of land in Korangi Industrial area. Right now, we have a moderate set up of 100 seats in IT park. For our Human Resources function, we need services of a seasoned Manager HR, with definite working experience of at least 5 years in any one of the leading call center HR function, at senior supervisory position. The candidate must have hands on experience of recruitment process in call center, soft skills training in call center environment, preparing & implementing HR policies, and must be well versed with handling employee retention challenges in call centers. In addition to it, the incumbent will additionally be required to manage Admin/facility management function as well.
