· Develop new Web applications (through customized and some packaged applications).
· Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and all internal integrated systems.
· Play a key role in building medium to large-scale public facing, high volume based Web applications.
· Maintain existing intranet, extranet, Internet sites and applications.
· Deliver new functionality and change requests for existing applications.
· Participate in the ongoing development of applications that meet the needs of our customers.
· Test: User acceptance; Web Application, Unit and Systems and report results.
· Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces (for ease of use).
· Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
· Develop external Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information.
· Candidate must be a team player and willing to teach and to learn.
What Skills You Need?
· Bachelors’ degree in computer science, MIS, or related with 3-4 years PHP development experience.
· Expert in Laravel
· Git Version Control knowledge
· MVC Frameworks Laravel, CodeIngniter preferred
· Experience with Accet Pipeline, Task Runners and Website performance optimization is a plus.
· Customize, compile, install, configure, monitor and debug Apache server instances.
· Write new reporting, maintenance, and test automation tools in PHP
· Preferred full-stack developer – but willing to mentor on needed areas
· Hands-on development utilizing HTML, CSS, client side JavaScript.
· PHP, MySQL and content management integration.
· Troubleshoot issues with web server, database, security, network, and web technologies
· Create and enhance in-house tools for website operations; support hardware & software issues
· Experience with customer & end-user support of online products; web, graphic and usability design.
· Must be self motivated, detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening, presentation and interpersonal)
