This position requires knowledge of development and management of major administrative tasks, programs, demonstrated analytical ability, and strong written and verbal communications skills. Office Management, Attendance & Leave Management, Monitoring Security Guards, Janitorial Services/ Staff & Insuring Clean & Tidy Environment, Office Stationary & Equipment availability, Vendor/Contractor Correspondence, Medical/Health Insurance Claims, PESSI/EOBI Govt.
Department Correspondence. Maintain & update Manual as well as Soft data of all record, employee files - Maintenance of office discipline and decorum by implementing existing and new policies and procedures. - Maintains high standards of janitorial services in office. - Supervision of all support staff including drivers, guards and office boy. - Management of the office environment and ensuring cleanliness thereof. - Smooth and economical management of transport fleet. - Arrangements of office furniture, stationery, office equipment and other fixtures. - Management of inventory and all assets of organization including insurance thereof. - Arrangements for hotel reservations. - Effective and efficient admin and logistic support for meetings and workshops. - Maintain and manage backup generators, fire detection / suppression systems and other office equipment in coordination with the relevant contractors. - Introducing and maintaining efficient and effective control and documentation of incoming and outgoing mails including courier services. - Planning, managing and executing all procurement in an effective and efficient manner. - Liaison with outside agencies including government departments associated with the operational requirement. - Maintain the files, keep up-to-date and manage data base of all employees. - Maintain and update the record of daily attendance and leave records of employees. - Handling the loan and advances matters - Coordinating with different departments regarding general communication, grievances, surveys to check the individual employee effectiveness. - Negotiate service agreements with vendors. - All other functional matters where he requires such assistance from time to time.
