WordPress /PHP Programmer

We need PHP developers for our ongoing projects. Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• PHP programmers have to collaborate with a variety of individuals, including the project manager, HTML and CSS programmers,database administrators and designers.

• Before you can begin programming, you have to design the architecture of your program; flow chart what the program will do andwhat you need from others. Some of this might come from others, but youwill still need to design what your portion does.

• While this is what most people get into PHP programming to do, this is just a small portion of the job. You can be the best PHP programmer, but if you can't collaborate with others and do the other tasks of a PHP programmer, you will not get very far.

• Once your program is finished, you need to test it. You should actually test it at various stages during the programming process to make sure you get the bugs out. It is good practice to have others test the product too. Again you need to collaborate.

• You also must document your program. You need to put comments in your code so that other programmers who come after you can change it. You will need to write up technical specifications outlining how it communicates with the database, what the variables mean and what different functions do. You will also need to write up documentation for end users so that they don't have to guess at how to use it.

Programmers having good command in WordPress development will be preferred.
