Job description Responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through inbound and outbound calls, live chat and emails on the basis of provided guidelines. - Preferably graduate. O & A level educational background preferred.
- Experience in handling international clients via telephone, email and live chat.
- Candidates with foreign education and experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work in night shift.
- Excellent selling skills with proven track record of B2B and B2C sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and comprehension.
- Neutral or non-inflicted American or British accent.
- Basic computer, Internet search and written communication skills.
