We are looking for an experience web apps developer to lead the development of our in-house apps and enable implementation of some third party market leading apps. The selected person will lead the team of 6+ developers for web and mobile apps.
The candidate must have demonstrable experience of independently leading development of top quality web apps on ASP.Net framework. Previous experience of implementing finance related applications, cloud based document management system, data entry with OCR/Regex via document scanning is highly desirable. Some experience of mobile camera based OCR/ICR is also preferred.The selected candidate will lead the end to end web app development lifecycle, covering the following:
- Lead end to end product life cycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Develop detailed app development roadmap, starting from MVP to fully functional app with ability to prioritise functionality.
- Establish detailed app specification and wireframes
- Break down program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming language.
- Develop the apps including coding or ability to identify and incorporate appropriate source code/theme from online marketplaces.
- Involve experts/freelancers with appropriate skills to complete the part of job that cannot be done in-house.
- Conduct testing and install the app into production.
- Work with the client contact team to understand the feedback and problems reported by clients and resolve that.
- Implement strategies, methods and tools used to develop mobile applications and team coordination
Please note that position is based in Karachi. Though it is a permanent job, freelancers with good work ethics and demonstrable experience of developing successful apps can apply for a project.
