Your role as a food technologist would be to carry out the following tasks:
1. To provide technical support to the in-house team in terms of product ingredients and how these are developed.
2. Monitoring processes and new product developments with in the food sector and reporting the team.
3. To support and advise team of Sharia Experts and Ulemas on the usage of industrial ingredients and raw materials with in the food industry.
4. To carry out possible researches and facilitate in providing alternate solutions and food ingredients.
5. Supporting selection of rawmaterials and other ingredients from suppliers.
6. Working with team to produce sharia compliant receipes.
