Job Description

  1. Ensure quality and timely completion of tasks assigned to CR and Admin.
  2.  Manage security at office premises with online CCTVs, DVR and Security Guards and ensured the security risk at Zero level.
  3. Manage cash management system for Admin purchase.
  4. Oversee all repairs & maintenance issues relating to carpenter, photocopier, elevator, electrician, plumber, AC, UPS, CCTV etc.
  5. Timely payment of vendor bills and complete record of billing routed through Admin Department.
  6. Assign tasks and train all support staff in Head Office including office boys, sweepers, drivers and guards.
  7. Undertake other tasks assigned by management.
  8. Develop and maintain a human resource system that meets senior management information needs.
  9. Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions.
  10. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  11. Analyze salary reports and market data to determine competitive compensation plan.
  12. Administer benefits programs such as life and health insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
  13. Oversee performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
  14. Manage employee training needs through internal and external trainers.
  15. Keep records of benefits plans participation such as health and life insurance, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations.
  16. Oversee Company’s Complaint Management System and advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  17. Coach, counsel, and discipline employees; initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
  18. Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  19. Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
  20. Prepare budget of human resources operations.
  21. Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
