The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks;
- Posting of Daily Sales Invoices
- Maintaining Cash Book
- Posting of vouchers/ bills in GL.
- Reconciliations of ledger with Customers and Suppliers.
- Management of cheque books.
- Approval, signatures and disbursement of cheques.
- Filling of vouchers and record keeping.
- Process Payrolls and disburse salaries
- Posting of Cash Receipts and Payments
- Posting of Stock Transfer Vouchers
- Posting of Bank receipts and payments
- Bank Reconciliation
- Internal Audit for Inventory of warehouses
