- Preparation of site and head office payrolls - Compliance with taxation, WWF, WPPF, social security, EOBI, and other labor laws - Management of deductions, adjustments from salaries - Management of leaves and attendance records - Posting into accounting system for payroll related transactions - Posting of financing related transactions into general ledger - Preparation of bank reconciliations. - Verification and posting of purchases and sales - Support role in preparation of cash flow budgets and forecasts
