Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Treating routine sickness at the company Medical Center, making patient referrals when necessary
  • Medically examining new joiners
  • Preparation of clinic budget and capex plans
  • Making arrangements for maintenance and calibration of clinical equipment
  • Carrying out hospital surveys with regards to their treatment facilities
  • Maintenance of medicine inventory
  • Reviewing hospital bills
  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene according to international standards
  • Management of the clinic through medical officers and nursing staff
  • Ensures thorough and transparent vertical and lateral communication concerning various administrative and technical matters
  • Development and maintenance of annual leave plan for employees
  • The candidate must keep an eye on performance and potential of his/her employees throughout the year; Coaching them and preparing and conducting annual appraisals for medical staff.
 
Skills Required:
 
Essential Criteria

Technical Skills

Must be conversant with Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene
Have know -how of chemical plant and work force/ staff
Must be competent in handling medical emergencies
Personal Profile

The ideal candidate must have hands on experience in General Medicine, within a reputable Organization; must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels as well as the ability to manage staff effectively.
