- Responsible for positing of sales & dispatches from plant in ERP - Reconcile monthly sales/dispatches & stocks in ERP with physical records - Review contractors freight bills and other dispatches related expenses - Responsible for incorporation of sales in ERP and related expenses in ERP - Ensure monthly closing target dates - Responsible for maintaining and updating fixed asset & CWIP register in ERP - Update stage of completion of project in progress and ensure timely capitalization - Ensure completeness of tagging / coding on physical movable assets - Ensure the compliance of companies ordinance, relevant laws and IFRs
