- Coordination with head office & Consultant.
- Preparation of method statement of all kind of Civil Works.
- Checking Sub-Contractor’s IPC’s
- Preparation of progress Reports (Daily Reports, Weekly Reports, Monthly Reports)
- Preparation of four week a head concrete plan.
- making valuations
- arranging payments to suppliers and contractors
- providing advice and forecasts about costs
- supervising staff
- Analyzing B.O.Q & Actual Quantities as per Site Quantities
