Strong verbal and written communication is essential. English is a must. We are looking for applicant who is highly organised and pays particular attention to detail. We need someone who knows how to research through resumes and data bases to find the candidates they require. They need to be able to think outside standard methods to find hard to reach candidates for Pakistan and overseas.
