We are a Software Development Company named as Fliclicks Software Solutions. Our offices reside in DHA, Lahore. We need Software business developers to get the Software Business for us.
Only apply if you have a prior experience in this regards. We don't need your degrees we need your practicality in this area. Here are requirements.
1) You have to find business for us other than upwork, elance and Freelancer. You should be able to get long term Customers (at-least 3 months or more) for the web and mobile development for us. You will get your commission on the revenue generated.
2) You will be responsible for setting up the lead generation process for us by doing cold calling OR finding references from other sources for us. Maintain them in some CRM and develop a process to send them Emails to get their responses.
3) We will offer you a one of these 3 models.
1) Salary + Shares model.
2) Salary only model.
3) Shares only model.
You will exclusively work for us in case of first 2 models. If you only want to work on the shares based model that's also acceptable for us. If you are on the 3rd model i.e Shares based then you can work with other companies at the same time with us.
4) DO NOT APPLY if the only source for lead generation that you are aware of are Freelancing sites like upwork, elance and Freelancer. We are more than that, so we won't need your basic freelancing knowledge. That's not how we run a medium scale company having a strength of more than 35 people.
5) Candidate working in renounced Software Development Houses in exactly the same domain will be preferable. Do NOT tell a lie if you are working in a similar department and not getting the business for them.
6) DO NOT apply if you have problems speaking and writing good English.
