Provide support to Manager Operations in all HR related matters
· Assisting with general HR matters
· Provide advice and assistance on staff recruitment
· Prepare notices and announcements for vacant staff positions
· Schedule and organize interviews
· Participate in applicant interviews
· Conduct reference and background checks for short listed candidates
· Arrange and conduct staff orientation for new recruits
· Draft job description as per position. Ensure job descriptions of existing employees are in place.
· Execute staff performance evaluations as per office policy
· Identify training and development opportunities
· Organize staff training sessions and workshops
· Develop human resource plans and execute after approval
· Monitor daily attendance and formulate a report monthly
· Investigate and understand causes for staff absences
· Maintain staff personal files
· Assist in audits and reviews
· Perform any other related duty as assigned
The Foundation for Integrated Development Action (FIDA) was founded in November 2004 in response to the systematic neglect and human suffering in Southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province of Pakistan. FIDA was initially registered as a non-governmental, social welfare organization under the Social Welfare Ordinance of 1961. After extensive internal capacity building, it was re-registered in April 2011 as a not for profit company under Section 42 of Pakistan’s Companies Ordinance. FIDA also became a member of the Rural Support Programmes Network (RSPN) in 2012.
