-Customer services representative required for Web Hosting company's live chat support.

-We are looking for someone who is able to handle technical support questions from our valued UK customers.


-Our Customer Service Operators will be responsible

-To assist UK customers via Live chat support.
-To handle and resolve written queries from our UK customers.
-To promote and increase order values.
-To delight customers whilst operating within Company guidelines and achieving specified productivity and quality standards.
