|
Responsibilities: · Daily Project coordination with clients in the US and a technical team of 20+ web developers. · Coordinating project status meeting to resolve road blocks and ensuring that the projects are on schedule, meet the minimum quality requirements, and the associated expenses of the projects are within their respective approved budgets. · Suggesting methods to utilize development teams and resources in most efficient manner which increases productivity, reduces development cycle, and enables project completion ahead of schedule (or at least as per schedule). · Helping development teams and management in determining current and future requirements of team expansion and coordinating the recruitment (advertising, interviewing, short listing, offering, on-boarding) efforts. · Coordinate Project Management activities of multiple simultaneous small-scale web development projects (typically 1 to 6 months long). · Work to improve the SDLC processes to ensure that products are delivered with high quality and with a shorter overall time to market.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline is a must.
At least 1 year of experience as a project coordinator interacting with both web development teams as well as with the clients.
Experience with the software development life cycle product specification, design, implementation, QA, release.
Experience of developing project milestones, schedules, and deliverable by coordinating between the development team and the end client.
Ability to perform daily project communication with utmost clarity including providing ongoing project status, coordinating assignment of tasks, resolving roadblocks, getting feedback from clients, and so on.
Ability to multi-task and ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment is required.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audience are required.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, proactive and friendly attitude, and ability to work in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment is required.
Desired Skills
Hands-on experience of web development in ASP.NET or PHP will be a big plus.
Similar experience for a Software Outsourcing Services company for US clients will be a big plus.
Job Timings
Job timings for this position are from 1200 PM to 900 PM Pakistan time. The candidate is further required to be flexible in timings and willing to work on weekends / from home as project deadlines demand.
Total time per day is 9 hours (including 1-hour break for lunch / dinner, prayer etc.), 5 days a week (Sat. & Sun. off).
In case of additional workload, the person should be willing to work extra hours at work or from home and therefore needs to have a reasonable speed of Computer and Internet connection of his/her own.
