1) Setting up and troubleshooting Open source installations on various Linux OS's. 2) Understanding internal working of those software to be able to optimize modules/parameters for best performance. 3) Working up support tickets and web chat with clients or potential clients to assist with general queries related with an existing setup or a new installation.
