Manager Q.A. for our Auto Parts Manufacturing unit

1. Delegate responsibility to A.M.QA so as to achieve the desired objectives of the department, both long-term and short-term. Major objectives are as follows.

1. 1. QMS system dev, implement and improvement (for all Units) to

i. Compile Quality requirements related to customer & organization.

ii. Ensure that system, material and products requirements are met as per the customer specifications

iii. Timely clearance of the material and products through QC.

iv. Promote culture of using modern QA & Quality Improvement Techniques.

1. 1. In-House Quality Problem Solving (at all Units):

i. Analyze non-conformity, identifying root causes and developing appropriate solutions.

ii. Take proactive measures to minimize variation and maximize customer satisfaction.

1. 1. Win-Win coordination with customer & vendors regarding requirements and problem concerning quality, Part design & development.

2. Documented follow-up till resolving of customer quality complaints.

3. Coordinate with Mgr.Dev & FM?s on every quality problem.
