|
To ensure before starting work that machine and equipment are in correct working condition
To maintain appropriate sanitation, safe working conditions along with proper food handling practices and procedures in the department
To observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of Sterilization process
To adjust machine components and machine temperature and pressure accordingly B.Tac & B.E. engineer are preferable
