We are looking for an HR Executive who must have hands on experience in recruitment process, employee relation, compensation and benefits, documentation etc
HR Executive will be responsible to provide administration services for the recruitment and employment of staff. Specific responsibilities include.
· Assist with day to day operations of the HR function.
· Advertise job vacancies, assess application, interview applicants, and administer selection tests.
Must be able to implement policies and documentation.
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations.
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing and managing relevant data (Absence leaves etc).
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
