  • Establishing a well designed "Performance Management System" starting from defining JDs, setting KPIs, monitoring performance in coordination with the line manager and following up eventually leading to employee career development plans.
  • Employee Engagement - Involving employees in the organizational proceedings through specifically designed programs, pro-active communication and building employee relations.
