Job Description:

  • Assist Program Director in a manner that business is conducted to the satisfaction of customers& principals.

  • Monitor & control daily operational activities.

  • Suggest improvements(if any) for operational systems and processes in support of the organizational policies.

  • Play a significant role in short term and long term planning by providing realistic feedback.

  • Timely liaison with other departments, care centers, principals and external parties regarding routine operational matters
