We are an IT firm providing third-party IT services worldwide. Our services include Break-Fixes, Roll-Outs, Data Center Support, Cisco Support, Network & Desktop Support, End User Computing, IT Stock Storage.
You will be part of our back end support office based in Phase 4, Civic Center, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
Job Role:
- It is a 1 year contractual job with possibility of extension
- Perform tasks assigned by Supervisor
- Acknowledge and engage client as soon as new opportunities come.
- Assist in costing of the projects as required
- Files management of all projects to keep record of all opportunities received
- Share weekly and Monthly or as required report with management after approval from supervisor
- Follow ups with clients and develop an understanding of Sales activities
- Responsible for Sales Portfolio Business Solutions.
- Assist with the development of proposals and Quote responses; follow up reports with clients, recording outcomes and track success ratio.
- Understanding client requirements and conceptualize solutions to meet them effectively.
- Make Client specific sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Actively involved in pricing and contract negotiation.
- Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on proposals for customized business solutions.
- Coordinate with the management team operations and ensure required information for the project is sent to the client.
- Support Sales & Marketing initiatives by ensuring pipeline at all levels of the sales cycle, and across verticals.
- Dealing with International clients through calls and emails.
- Design develop and implement this system for running Global sales team.
Essential Requirement:
- Strong English Communication skills.
- Good writing skills with IT Industry knowledge
- Excellent hands-on experience in advanced MS Excel calculations
