Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering Telephone calls, receiving messages and relaying them accordingly.
- Redirecting calls, assisting & greeting clients.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Provide information to callers.
- Computer literacy is mandatory, preparation of letters, fixing of appointments and maintaining schedules to ensure the efficient performance of the office.
- Deal with queries from the customers.
- Support Managers and office staff.
