Purpose of the role is:

To support the continual growth and expansion of the company by ensuring consistent provision of quality candidates to the recruitment consultants

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively looking for candidates and roles, manipulating search tools; Linked In, databases
  • Screening and Pre-qualifying candidates over the telephone
  • Build an internal database of top notch candidates, only the best in their class
  • Liaising with International clients on regular basis and to ensure that the tasks given by the client are met in time.
  • Produce effective, accurate specifications and profiles of roles and candidates by filling in the required forms and documentation completely and uploading candidates on the company�s ERP recruitment module.
  • Maximize business opportunity by extracting quality referrals at every opportunity.
  • Liaise with the clients for service quality checks and with candidates maintaining strong relationships and excellent rapport.
  • Any other tasks/duties assigned by the management.
 
Skills Required:
 
Quality English language skills, both written and verbal. (MUST)

Sound Microsoft office skills and knowledge.

Excellent customer service and presentation skills.

Demonstrates best practice activities to achieve success in role.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
