Job Description:
GoodCore is looking for a seasoned sales director with a successful track record of selling IT solutions into the corporate sector of Pakistan. This position reports directly to the owners of the company.
The role requires excellent client focus, high energy and enthusiasm, strong relationship skills, excellent problem solving, the ability to direct and coach, solid execution and commitment to meeting sales and profitability objectives. The director must demonstrate leadership and the ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of GoodCore and our clients.
Main characteristics:
- Extensive rolodex of the right contacts in the industry
- Ambitious high achiever with the ability to work under pressure with a flair
- Must possess a solid understanding of how the IT solutions are designed from a business standpoint
- Able to understand customer’s technical requirements and propose solutions accordingly
- Track record of interacting with “C” level designations at client organizations
- Able to eloquently pitch our company’s value proposition
- Sophisticated negotiation skills
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience
