| Job Description: |
|
- Troubleshoot and logs all problems, determines cause, assigns responsibility, and follow-up. Or analyzes and resolves initial problems with computer software, networking, hardware and telephony. Assists both local and remote users with expeditious problem resolution.
- Creates and troubleshoots network accounts and other business application user accounts as documented in the employee lifecycle process.
- Assists with user training, guidance, and trouble-shooting.
- Ensures legality of software licensing.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

| Skills Required: |

Minimum of bachelors degree in IT
3+ years of experience working in a professional environment troubleshooting hardware and software along with technical experiences in upgrades in both hardware and software
Install, test, and/or upgrade desktop software
Understanding of networks, IP schemes.
Strong knowledge and hands on experience in backups Computer imaging
Establishing, configuring, and troubleshooting of user accounts
An A+ Certification or comparable Microsoft Certification is required |
