Job Description:

路Lead the implementation and development of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware and software and database management as directed by the company

路Provide Faisalabad-site leadership to the effort required to protect the company聮s data, tools and information systems.

路Understand and enforces company聮s infrastructure architecture standards and policies to maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.

路Hire trains and develops IT employees within own sphere of influence

路Coordinate delivery of services to user groups

路Monitor systems for uninterrupted IT service

路Establish operational objectives and work plans, delegates assignments

路Establish and adheres to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements

路Collaborate with business partners deliver usable IT systems

路Comply with company聮s National IT Policies & Procedures

路Other duties as assigned
 
Skills Required:
 
Master degree in IT or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience managing a team of IT professionals related to software development in C-Sharp,VB,VB.NET in a fast-paced, large company environment
Strong interpersonal and excellent documentation skills are a must
Advanced knowledge in creating and maintaining management level and detailed project plans
Strong project management skills and understanding of project management lifecycle
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and faced-paced organization
Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations
Project management skills preferred
Ability to quickly learn the culture of an organization
Ability to understand the business objectives and IT strategy
Broad knowledge of hardware, software, desktop support and IT security required
Subject matter knowledge of user group for practical application of system characteristics required
Previous experience in hiring employees and completing performance evaluations
Relevant technical certificates a plus
Limited travel required
