Principal Accountability

  • Direct Accountability and management of all the departments. Coordinate and facilitate the production of the market.
  • Key Driver for Planning, Production and Execution of the Production Schedule for All Production Schedule is met.
  • Effectively Manage All Orders To Ensure high Quality cost Effect and timely Production.
  • Develop, implement and follow-up plans to accomplish departmental goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain productivity standards.
  • Responsible to procure the necessary resources to ensure the effective operation of the production department.
  • Direct supervision of Production Supervisors Participate as an active member in the safety, quality and food safety committees.
  • Perform accident reviews and investigations as well as any other special safety assignments.
  • Enforce all company policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Keep employees informed on factors relating to their work assignment, work progress, and opportunity for advancement.
  • Develop and implement improvements and changes in the work instructions, job descriptions and training needs.

  • · Shall be responsible to ensure safety of all type of company assets which are using in his department
  • · Shall be responsible to ensure cleanliness of every worker. Ensure the hairs and nails cutting of workers
  • · Shall be responsible to make attendance register and ensure the attendance of workers in register according to department
  • · Shall be responsible to ensure cleanliness of his department
  • · Shall be responsible of making of every item accordingly to its recipe
  • · Shall be responsible to check and supervise the quality of material using in sweet
  • · Shall be responsible of production according to its demand
  • · Shall be responsible to ensure the preparation of special order in his supervision on given time.
  • · Shall be responsible to ensure that production should be according to company quality and rules.
  • · Shall be responsible to visit all sections in department like Ghulab Jaman, Paneer, Jori halwa, Amartian, Toda, Rass Malai, Karachi Halwa, Maiso, Balu Shahi, Sohan Halwa etc.
  • · Shall be responsible to check the quality, taste and color of every prepared item in department.
  • · Shall be responsible to give the demand of needed items and then maintain the record of material.
