Governance Institutes Network International (GINI) is a Non-Governmental, Not for Profit Organization, specializing in policy research, analysis, evidence based advocacy, lobbying for policy reforms, resource mobilization, capacity building and providing innovative solutions for governance reforms.
GINI is implementing the project “Citizens' Voice and Public Accountability in Mainstreaming Children with Physical Disabilities through access to Quality Education” in Central Punjab. The Project is funded by UKaid from the Department for International Development (DFID), under contract with Ilm Ideas-DAI. The project aims to introduce Policy reforms for broadening access to better quality Education in Mainstream Schools for Children living with Physical Disabilities (CLWPDs)in Punjab through research-based advocacy. The project has geographic focus on four districts of central Punjab i.e. Sargodha, Faisalabad, Khushab and Gujranwala.

Purpose of role:
Design and Conduct Research for the project “Citizens' Voice and Public Accountability in Mainstreaming Children with Physical Disabilities through access to Quality Education" with a geographical focus in four districts of central Punjab i.e. Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Khushab and Sargodha.
Location:
Islamabad, with research visits to the project area i.e. Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Khushab and Sargodha
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute Research Component of the project with the guidance of Research Manager
- Provide input for Design Survey Methodology
- Provide input in designing Survey Questionnaire and Key Informant Information interviews
- Data management
- Provide assistance to RS on data analysis
- Use Statistical Tools to achieve survey goals
- Assist the RS in the performance of his responsibilities, in particular monitoring and evaluation
- Designing a project Research Plan
- Prepare and submit reports to RS
- Survey Methodology Prepared
