  • Business Development inside Lahore City
  • Business Development outside Lahore City if targets are not met ( compensation will be provided )
  • Business Development over the internet
  • Client Servicing of existing clients, extracting more work from existing clients
  • Ensuring Quality of work delivered
  • Preparing Daily Reports
  • Identifying potential new markets
  • Keeping up to date with market trends in relevant industries
  • Learning about new products & services being offered by our company and ensuring that he/she understands what he/she is selling.
  • Cataloging all the work executed to ensure readily availability.
  • Preparing quotations for new works.
  • Following up with client till the job is satisfactorily executed.
  • Making PR trips to existing clients to ensure good relations.
  • Being a active team member and suggesting new ideas and ensuring cost effectiveness.
  • Payment Recovery & Invoicing( if and where necessary )
  • Person has to be really EMAIL FRIENDLY & SMS Friendly. Most of the communication between employee and administration will be carried out over the email/sms/phone
  • Besides a fixed salary and Mobile allowance, the employee will be given extra commission for new Business Development ( X% of work acquired ) and also a percentage from existing clients. (Y% of extra work from existing clients )
  • The employee will also be given a chance to market product of our sister companies, broadening his target market in terms of business development and income prospects.
Employees must have their own conveyance ( Motor Bike / Car / etc. ). Fuel Compensation maybe provided for out of office trips.
