Job Summary:
The position reports to Deputy General Manager, Finance and will be responsible to assist in preparing financial statements, verifying reimbursements and assist in preparing accounts payable.
Key Accountabilities:
- Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist in preparing accounts payable and accounts receivable system in order to ensure complete and accurate records of funds
- Prepare Bank Reconciliations
- Process personal expenses of staff according to SOP
- Reconcile sales invoice and customer balances
- Ensure that accurate data is entered timely into the system
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
- Prepare quarterly financial reports
- Assist in the annual audit
- Maintain financial files and records
- Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor
Job Specifications:
- Candidate should be Commerce Graduate with at least 2-3 years of related experience
- Part qualification of a professional institution will be preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Resilient to work under pressure
