Job Purpose:
The job purpose is to ensure a provision of quality reproductive health services, information and products by putting in place a robust monitoring, data validation and quality assurance mechanism in regions and head office level. The position further requires promotion of the culture of performance by adhering to the policy and practice guidelines developed by the organization.
Job Summary:
The position reports to Deputy General Manager M&E at Head Office (Karachi) and conducts monitoring & quality assessment activities. She will also do on-job coaching of her team members and monitor their work plans. Independent validation visits will also be carried out which includes both providers and clients to ensure quality and validity of data.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall supervision of Manager Quality Assurance based in regions
Quarterly site inspections and report writing, using prescribed Quality Assurance Tools
Conduct training evaluation
Conduct providers and client validation
Use tools to evaluate providers practices and undertake client exit interviews, report findings, and keep records at the regional office
Coordinate efforts for the providers of Greenstar network to bridge the gap between practice and standards
Collect and disseminate the work and improvement plans submitted by regional teams on monthly basis
Review and compile regional reports and sharing the finding and recommendations with the DGM-M&E and HOD-RME
At least MBBS degree is required, while MBBS with MBA/MPH/Msc Epidemiology will be given preference
At least 2 years of clinical practice experience in Gyne/Obs
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Health Project Management/Management in the sector of Sexual and Reproductive Health is required
Field experience in Quality Assurance is required
Comprehensive understanding of current policy and practices of Family Planning and other Reproductive Health services is required
Willingness to travel extensively across the region approximately 10-15 days per month
Knowledge about Interpersonal Communication, Behaviour Change Communication and Attitude Transformation is desired
Fluency in English and Urdu is required, local language fluency is desired
Able to demonstrate Conflict Resolution, Team Building and Communication Skills
Computer literacy is mandatory
