We are an established Agricultural Research based company with department for Research & Development, Seed Division, Crop Agronomy, Machinery & Plant, Food, Marketing & Export. The prime objective of the organization is to conduct research on development of different varieties of rice and other seeds and rice production technology.
We require services of an energetic talented Plant Breeder for R&D on hybrid and other seeds his job includes a number of duties and responsibilities:
- The primary duty is to communicate the project and research for better results.
- Experiment for high yielding seeds, its disease resistance, adaptation to soils and nutritional value.
- Develop plans that improve their biological, chemical, and physical properties.
- Candidate needs to know the scientific methods related to work.
- He should have sound knowledge in theoretical as well as practical knowledge in relative subject.
- He should have ability to read, write and understand work related documents as will have to work upon that.
- He will have to do work of management so should be able to effectively manage deadlines.
The incumbent should possess:
- M.Sc. Agriculture (Plant Breeding & Genetic)
- 2 – 5 years of seed research work experience in a reputed/multinational organization is preferred
- Candidate must qualify as top 10 graduate in academics from their respective University.
Note:- Fresh candidate also encouraged to apply only top 10 position Holders.
