This job requires commitment, dedication and effective communication skills in order to meet the deadlines of the projects; employee will be hired and will be in trial period for first 1-3 month(s). Afterward he/she will get an increase in salary on the basis of his/her performance and more benefits as well. Employee have to work from Pakistans branch office and he/she should be comfortable using head set and chat softwares because daily meetings will be on MSN/Yahoo/Skype and will also use Go to Meeting software to see daily development and progress of work. He/She should be well experienced in designing and development of Windows/Web applications as well as basic knowledge of consuming and publishing XML Web Services. |

| Skills Required: |

High Level Working Knowledge of Visual Studio 2010/08, MS SQL Server 2008/05, Microsoft visual expression studio, C#, WPF,WCF, XAML, ASP.NET, AJAX, web technologies (html, CSS), XML technologies and Sliver light applications.
Understanding of SQL, SQL Stored procedures and triggers
Ability to analyze requirements, provide solutions and prepare documentation
Must be able to work independently but also in a virtual team environment
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Be able to provide guidance to other programmers and cheerily lend assistance to Design and QA when they need it.
Conceptualizing and designing new user-interfaces
Communicate with team about implementing design and functionality within projects
Coordinate with the Project Manager on multiple tasks & projects throughout the workday
Learn and keep up to date on web/windows industry design and trends
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Acting as mentor and team leader for other team members.
Familiarity with powerful chatting/meeting softwares.
Follow strictly the PM guidelines and be able to meet the project deadlines |
