1. Develop strong relationship with clients and support them efficiently.
2. Provide remote/onsite support to end-users on IT (e.g. Server and Network Maintenance, both hardware & software).
3. Support roll out of new applications & evaluate new technology from time to time.
4. Monitor & maintain / troubleshoot IT systems & networks.
5. Assist with other IT related projects or activities (such as upgrades, changes, maintenance and relocation.) as required.
6. Conduct technical trainings professionally and provide proper documentation.
7. Must be highly disciplined and able to complete projects/tasks efficiently and at the shortest possible time.
8. Must be highly organized and work within timelines.
9. Keep abreast with new technologies for company’s benefit.
