Job Description:
Supervision of Quality Control team of approximately 60-70 employees of dyeing, stitching, plastic sheeting, plastic injection & blow molding units.
Responsible for preparing, maintaining and practical implementation of Standard Operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions for quality control system of the product.
Responsible for problem solving, corrections & corrective actions with respect to quality control in the production process.
Identify training needs and discuss it with HR department and suggest for technical trainings.
Coordinate with all Head of Departments for quality control updates in their respective sections.
