-Works as part of the Administration and Facilities unit, monitor and manage the flow of visitors and clients in an office.
-Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers.
-Answers all incoming/outgoing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, and routes calls to the appropriate department.
-Maintain manual attendance of employees.(if required)
-Handle all administrative issues of Head Office.
-Arrange lunch for guests.
-Process gate pass procedures for office boys.
-Any other task assigned by the management.
-Checks fax machine for incoming faxes &delivers to appropriate personnel
-Performs other office support functions, includes sorting and distributing incoming mail and posting and delivering outgoing mail; from rough notes, drafts, and brief oral instructions.
