The Quality Assurance Coordinator will conduct inspection functions in Quality Management department.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Major responsibilities will include identifying and communicating any potential or existing problems in the plant concerning inbound and outbound product quality
Responsible for supervision of all of divisions (tent, fabric, lab, store, plastic tarpaulin unit) with respect to quality assurance
Performing testing/inspection of products and reporting results in an effective manner.
Conducting daily audits and data analysis of all divisions.
Utilization of sampling tables and computerized reporting systems.
Reading and applying product specifications (drawing, measurements, and tolerances).
Resourcefulness in investigating quality issues and problems.
Submission of data analysis report to the directors on daily basis.
Liable to measure the effectiveness of the corrective actions & preventions in dependently.
Responsible for corrective & preventive actions follow up with the concerned HOD
Maintain current specifications, reports, and records for inspected products
Skills Required:
Work effectively with minimal supervision.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and other facilities.
Ability to do data analysis.
