We are looking for an Office Secretary for our upcoming project. The candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience and should be excellent in her work. Basic Job Responsibilities includes:

  • Good in communication skills (English)
  • producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
  • organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • planning and organizing meetings,
  • organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
