| Job Description: |
|
- Routing and arranging meeting of customer with sales department to mature the order
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
- Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business
- Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
- Gathering market and customer information
- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers
- Advising on forthcoming developments and discussing special promotions
- Marketing plan, surveys and visit schedules preparation and implementation
- Selecting, training and mentoring the subordinate staff
- Assigning and monitoring the subordinate staff
- Check & Balance mechanism development and implementation
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
