| Job Description: |
|
- Receive customer request from the Marketing team.
- Interact with the customer and discuss the exact requirement along with all details pertaining to the job.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Prepare a schedule or plan after discussion with the customer, detailing the requirements of the customer with specific timelines.
- Depute workers on each specific project in different parts of the country.
- Assist the workers in training and coaching for effective job performance and achievement of targets.
- Liaising with internal departments to check on the progress of existing orders
- Monitor and evaluate the workers to ensure adherence to the assigned task according to the training provided and within specified timelines.
- Institute checks and balances in the monitoring system to ensure its smooth and effective implementation.
- Provide regular feedback to the customer on the progress of the project.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure that feedback is implemented and problems resolved in a timely fashion.
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to concern departments
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Perform other duties as required
