Job Summary Haqmal ICT Solutions require 2 Female for the Post of Sales & Marketing Representative. - Bringing in new business and maintaining them by providing utmost customer service.
- Implementing and ensuring a smooth roll out of new customer contracts.
- Generating additional business from existing customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
60% of time will be spent for traveling (within Kabul City for meeting targeted clients).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sufficiently understand customers business and suggest ICT products and turnkey solutions to meet their needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide assistance and high standard of customer service to clients and potential clients
- B2B Sales & Marketing.
- Daily reports to marketing manager
- Gain in depth knowledge of products and services
- To develop long term business, within new and existing key accounts.
- Email, SMS, Phone, local and Social Marketing.
- Attend Trainings by Haqmal (R) and all of its Partners (Kaspersky, McAfee, Constant Contact ...)
Minimum Qualification
- High School
- Certificate in IT
- Certificate in English Language.
