Program Officer ECD&E is overall responsible to plan and execute the Early Childhood Development & Education Program under the umbrella of Hashoo Foundation. He /She ensure the quality of training programs including the implementation, evaluation and further development & growth. Handle technical / professional matters related to the assigned program.
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage ECD&E program
- Assist in developing and implementation of policies and procedures of ECD&E program
- Prepare annual budget and projection for ECD&E program and monitor the fund flow.
- Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly plans to manage the overall operations of ECD&E program.
- Plan and implement strategies to achieve the program objectives
- To take initiatives to develop and update the ECD&E curriculum
- To develop networking with potential school heads and ECD facilitators for on-job-training and evaluation of trainees.
- To conduct sessions on need basis in ECD&E program.
- Undertake training monitoring & evaluation through regular feedback from stakeholders
- To plan, design and conduct various teacher training sessions, workshops and camps for HF teachers on need bases.
- Extend technical guidance & supervision to HF schools staff
Required Competencies:
- M.Ed in Early Childhood Development, M.Sc Psychology/Education Planning & Management or relevant field.
- Have adequate knowledge and skills of planning and execution of teachers/ECD training programs
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle the personal and academic issues/problems of diversified groups of trainees.
- Competent IT skills
