JOB PURPOSE: The incumbent would be responsible for store keeping and reception services at Skills Training and Income Generation Project for Urban Afghan Refugees residing in Rawalpindi/ Islamabad and Peshawar.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- To supervise store operations in the training center.
- To maintain inventory of tools, equipments, materials used for training and also responsible for ordering, receiving and allocating of office supplies.
- To prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- To issue material, tools and equipments to the instructors and maintain stock register, Goods Issuing Notes (GIN), Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) etc.
- To maintain office files and records, including perpetual inventory for stock.
- To receive and entertain telephone calls.
- To work as front desk representative of the project and give preliminary information to the telephonic inquiries of the trainees, guests etc.
- To maintain telephone directory of the important persons.
- To undertake any other relevant tasks as directed by the Admin Officer.
Required Qualification and Experience
- Candidate should be a graduate.
- Minimum two year experience of in store keeping.
- Pashto Speaking candidate will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication
- Candidate should be goal driven & persuasiveness
- Command on MS office
