·         Performing/reviewing substantive procedures on relevant areas as per the objectives laid down in audit work program.

·         Review and carrying out necessary processing of the information received from the property/entity or extracted from the information system.

·         Maintaining close coordination with the relevant personnel of the property for the information needed for internal audit purposes.

·         Discussing specific findings and making workable recommendations to the audit findings in view of the specific objectives of the engagement.

·         Writing/reviewing the audit report for the observations highlighted along with the workable recommendations to the observations highlighted. 

·         Carrying out special assignment/assisting the job in charge in special assignment in line with the identified duties and responsibilities in relation to the same.

·         Obtaining management responses on the observations highlighted. It may include responses taken either during the course of field work or by way of forwarding related sections/observations to the property with a view to obtain written management responses.

·         Carrying out final meeting at the completion of field work/assisting the audit in charge in final meeting by way of presenting audit evidences/information, where needed, during the course of  discussion.

·         Assisting in the preparation of audit work program as per the guidance received from the Head of Audit/Manager Audit from time to time.

·         Performing any other job/work as assigned by Head of Audit/Manager Audit.

 

Functional Skills  and  Experience/Education

·         Core Competencies

·         Solid industry experience

·         Excellent presentation skills in both informal and formal situations

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Good administrative and organizational skills

·         IT skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and flowcharting packages

•     At least 3-4 Years of relevant audit         experience (Article ship experience as per the qualification requirement is mandatory, preferably from Big-4)

•    ACCA qualified/partly qualified CA /partly qualified CMA.
