To provide Strategic HR support to the management to ensure talent availability to meet the strategic and operational needs of the company. In addition manage all the functional areas of the HR including HR operations, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development. Conduct HR audits to assess the Risk facing the organization including Health & Safety aspects of the employees.
