As Administration Incharge, you will be responsible for one of our office and manufacturing sites. You will oversee all operations in the facility, and make sure that everything is running smoothly.
Responsibilities

Oversee overall factory and office operations
-
Plan, design, and oversee factory maintenance and cleanliness
-
Manage raw material and finished product inventory and ensure utmost organization
-
Ensure contracts and government regulations and safety standards are followed properly
-
Plan office space and ensure that staff needs are adequately catered to
-
Oversee SOPs on security and ensure adherence
-
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
-
Direct facilities staff, including custodial and grounds workers
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
-
Some experience with administration management
-
In-depth understanding of office management procedures
-
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Willingness to learn and work hard
